ING LAYOFF: ING to LAYOFF about 7,000 jobs

Dutch bank ING reported that it expects about $1 billion loss in 2008. Expecting a bleak 2009, it announced that is will cut as many as 7,000 jobs worldwide in order to reduce its expenses by about 1 billion euro in 2009.
